Mornington Peninsula Basecamp - Balnarring Beach

I have booked 6 houses at;

Cost $760 per house for 4 nights
Each house will be occupied at reduced total capacity to allow for singles to enjoy their own room.
Houses contain a mix of twin and double rooms.
Each house will sleep 4 or 5 , depending on the configuration of each house.
I will attempt to group individuals for each house. It will be the responsibility of each house to assign (or volunteer) a 'key-holder', and the key-holder will be responsible for collecting payments from each occupant for subsequent payment to me, so that I can then pay Saltbush (the accommodation providers). This system worked well last year, and it saves me the effort of dealing with financial matters at an individual level. I will leave it for each house to determine how to apportion individual payments.
I WILL REQUIRE FINAL PAYMENTS FROM EACH KEYHOLDER BY 11TH SEPTEMBER. For refund T&Cs please refer to the Saltbush website (above).
I have already paid the initial deposit for each house to Saltbush. When you book on this club event, PLEASE PAY ME AN INITIAL DEPOSIT of $25 each. This will help cover my initial deposit outlay of $450. This deposit will be refunded if you cancel prior to 4th September.

The balance will be payable to the key-holder assigned to your house. The balance must reach the key-holder in time for them to pay me.
The ’key-holder’ system worked well last year, and it saves me the effort of dealing with financial matters at an individual level. I will leave it for each house to determine how to apportion individual payments but the FOLLOWING GUIDE MAY BE CONSIDERED:
Cost per individual is made up of FOUR elements:
Element 1/
Each house to pay a sixth share (assuming 6 houses) for the Nano Space (individual portion to be determined by each house but likely to be $4 or $5). Eg. $20 divided by 5 occupants. $20 divided by 4 occupants.
Element 2/
Each individual pays an equal share of the $100 cleaning fee. Four occupants = $25. Five occupants = $20.
Element 3/
A “Bedroom” fee. To make it more equitable for persons sharing, take half of the house fee ($640/2) and divide by the number of bedrooms. Assuming two sharing a bedroom, then each would pay half of a Bedroom fee.
Element 4/
A “Common” fee. Take the other half of the house fee and divide by the number of occupants sharing the common areas of the house.
Total cost for each occupant would be a total of all FOUR elements above. The total collected for each house = $760
The above guide is only a suggestion. Each house will determine how they wish to apportion individual payments.
