DESCRIPTION:Walk commences from Healesville Sanctuary car park (ensure it i
 s across the road from main car park) via Badger Creel Road\, Badger Weir 
 Road before entering Yarra Ranges National Park.&nbsp\;
 Walking amongst 
 a mature forest of mountain ash and manna gums\, the Badger Weir picnic ar
 ea with shelters\, tables\, toilets\, and burbling waters running nearby i
 s reached for morning tea break.
 We follow the Coranderrk track to the w
 eir which is the water catchment area for Healsville. From here a small br
 idge crosses over Badger/Coranderrk Creek to the Slip Track\, then Lyrebir
 d Track surrounded by lush green fern gullies.
 We join the Coranderrk Tr
 ack back to Badger Weir picnic area for lunch with rosellas and kookaburra
 s. Retracing steps back to carpark..&nbsp\;
 Some boardwalks\, steps\, up
  and down terrain are encountered - easy/medium walk approximately 13km.
