 Bearing in mind the terrain and 3-day pack th
 is will be a hard challenging walk. Participants will need to supply all t
 heir camping requirements and clothing necessary to be prepared for alpine
  weather extremes.
 I will be running 2-3 hard walks to enable some fitne
 ss training and discussion of walk details on Wednesdays during February.
