Blackwood - Whipstick loop & Heritage River walk

Lynda and Joan are leading this pretty 14km walk of 2 loops on well made undulating tracks through bushland that alternates between dry bush and wetter forest, if we're lucky the mushrooms might have started appearing on Whipstick loop which is well know for its diversity of fungi. We should see lots of birdlife and Joan will have her koala spotting glasses on though I don't think there are koala's in this area LOL!

This will be a casual day with plenty of time to smell the roses/take photo's and chat with your mates.  Our theme is "there's no place else we have to be" so come prepared to relax, breath deep and enjoy where we are.
