The Dandenongs (3)

We commence the walk on Bellview Terrace. There are quite a few long, steep sections on open tracks. There will be a couple of diversions onto narrow,steep and rocky paths but they are in reasonably good condition. Like everywhere at the present time it is very dry underfoot so poles are recommended.

Please bring plenty of water,morning tea and lunch.

It is about 15kms with 620m of elevation so if you like a challenge of a few hills this is the hike for you.

For those wishing to carpool meet at Mullum Mullum Reserve for a 0730hrs departure. The cost will be $5.00.

Meet in the first carpark of the 1000 steps  at 0800hrs to commence walking at 0815hrs.
