Warrandyte State Park - come and try

This is a come and try walk that will be advertised by BWV. We need a few club members to come and chat with potential new walkers.

Starting at 8.30am from car park near Warrandyte bridge. We walk down Tills Rd to Warrandyte State Park then follow the Yarra to Jumping Creek for morning tea. Continue along the Yarra to Blue Tongue Bend. Because it’s Sunday we will visit a chapel hidden in the bush before walking along the dirt road to Stanebrae for lunch beside the river. Returning via same track.

Approx 13kms EM. Very rocky in places along the river so poles are recommended . Bring morning tea & lunch.
