Plenty Gorge: Mackelroy Rd to Blue Lake circuit

An easy/medium walk starting in the eastern section of Plenty Gorge, meandering to Blue Lake picnic ground for morning tea. After a walk around the lake we walk to the Goat Track which provides beautiful elevated river views and then return to the cars via the water tank and Jess' Track.

Length approx 9km
Track is gravelly and could be slippery in parts so poles are recommended.

Meet at the corner of Mackelroy Rd and Oatland Rd, Plenty, MEL Map 10K6 ready for an 8.30 departure. We should be finished before lunch.
