Westerfolds River Walk - come and try

This is a come and try walk being advertised by BWV. We need a few club members to come and chat with potential new walkers.

This short walk will pass kangaroos, walk beside the Yarra river and if lucky see platypus as we cross a swing bridge. Commencing at the Porter Street entrance we climb the only hill and then wend through Westerfolds park and on down to Wombat Bend for morning tea. Returning via a different track. If you generaly use sticks then bring them as we are walking off track when possible. Some tracks are shared with bikes.

Bring morning tea and a picnic lunch to eat at the end with the group.
