Maroondah Dam via Donnelly's Weir

This is an 8km easy/medium hike commencing from Donnelly's Weir Car Park, Road 12, Healesville at 8.30 a.m. for an 8.45 a.m.start.  We will walk to the Maroondah Aqueduct Trail, which follows the Maroondah Aqueduct to the Maroondah Dam wall.  We will cross the wall into the Maroondah Reservoir Park for morning tea.  After morning tea we will cross back to the Aqueduct Trail via Henderson's Hill, which is a medium gradual steep up and down trail whereby poles are recommended.  Lunch will be back at the Donnelly's Weir Picnic area.  For those choosing to car pool, the meeting point is at the rear of the KFC car park in Greensborough at 7.15 a.m. for a 7.30 a.m. departure.  Car pooling cost will be $10.00.
