Lyrebird walk/Grants picnic Ground

PLEASE NOMINATE,IN THE COMMENTS SECTION IF YOU ARE MEETING AT MULLUM MULLUM  FOR CAR POOLING,AND IF YOU ARE PREPARED TO DRIVE

If you would like to car pool we will meet at Mullum Mullum Mel 34H7  ( corner of Springvale rd andReynolds rd) at 08.00 for an 8.15 departure.

The walk is approximately 12km .A medium  hilly walk.

The male Lyrebird starts calling and displaying in July.With a bit of luck we may see or hear a Lyrebird 

 Starting at Grants Picnic Ground-we will be walking 2 loops through the beautiful Sherbrook forest The walk is hilly including a long steep hill.The surface is on gravel and forest tracks. 

Please bring morning tea ,lunch and poles if you use them.

It can be cold in the Dandenongs.Warm clothing and wet weather gear should be taken.
