Maps of Warrandyte State Park do not show a track connecting Stan Brae and Bend of Isles, although years ago the club did have walks through this area. We have finally found the missing link! It is a great track and to quote Heather " one of the best walks along the Yarra"

We will start from the Jumping Creek carpark, Melway 24 A9 and walk to Bend of Isles and return. About 14 km and slippery in parts so poles are recommended. 

Please note the map only shows the track in one direction and hence the distance is twice what is shown in the GPS Track Details and the Elevation Profile shown above.

The walk can be out and back or part of a through walk from Homestead Road wich would require a simple car shuffle.
