14 km, 6¼ hrs, 323m ascent, 19 walkers. A more significant walk today, walking up to Arthurs Seat lookout from the “back-side”/Waterfall Gully Road; McLarens Dam; Kings Falls Circuit Walk; TC McKellar Circuit Walk; Arthurs Seat Lookout & summit; Matthew Flinders Cairn; Northern, Bay and Ministers Lookouts; Seawinds Gardens; part of the Two Bays Track. Kangaroos; Echidna; orchids, including the Large/Common Bird Orchid; fine views across Port Phillip Bay to the CBD and beyond, and stretching from the bay coast to the ocean coast. Dark skies towards the end of the walk with rain forecast; however, it stayed dry until after our return.
