Leaving from Pretty Valley car park follow Fainter Firetrail uphill toBen Cooper lookout down hill to Tawonga Huts for morning tea. Pick up track uphill to Mount Jaithmathang for wonderful 360deg views and lunch. Return back down and veer off to right cross country up to ridge looking out for the odd Brumby or two. Cross over to other ridge and at the top turn left across ridge heading down to join up with the Fainter Firetrail and back down to the car park. Approx 12.5k ascent 461m total time around 5 hours.
