Explore the walking tracks the southern areas of Plenty Gorge Park.

The walk is variable with broad wide tracks usually in the first half and narrower paths particularly closer to Plenty River.  Trekking poles would be helpful in some spots.  There are toilets and picnic tables at about the half way point where we plan to have morning tea.

We plan to meet on the corner of Memorial Drive and River Avenue, Plenty.  Melways 10J4

The walk is just under 10km with about 200m vertical meters of climbing.

Please bring trekking poles, morning tea, lunch, water

There are lots of tracks in this area and thus the walk can easily be extended.
