One Tree Hill, Upper Ferntree Gully. Meet in the NP car park in Upper Ferntree Gully ( Mel 74 H5 ) at 9.00 for a 9.15 start. This walk in the Dandenong ranges is a circuit from upper Ferntree Gully including the 1000 steps (Kokoda trail) to One tree Hill then a loop through the Forest back the cars. There are some steep sections where walking poles would be helpful.
